Fly Free

Message me if interested in pre-buying this piece. Currently on Exhibition until end of September: “Fly Free” presents the meeting of tenacious life and weathered stone. I built layered textures and translucent washes to suggest a sunlit canopy of warm greens and golds settling over a cracked rock face. Delicate line work gives the trees a soulful presence while varied brushwork and a textured base, with fractures and varied strata, expresses both endurance, change, and growth.
A small white dove lifts from the rocky ledge—an emblem of moving beyond what holds you down. The composition pairs a solid, sculpted foreground with an airy, fragile treeline above, creating a quiet tension that rewards close looking and quietly points toward release.
Muted tones and a tactile surface lend a contemplative mood; this work conveys a hopeful motion from restraint toward openness. A thoughtful, uplifting addition to your space.
