My Story
Jennifer Niemiroski
the outdoors has often been my place of adventure, happy memories, and a place of sanctuary. From childhood drawings, to my current paintings, I have always found great joy in making something beautiful that tells my story and my experience in Nature.
Exploring local trails, gardens and my own backyard, I absorb The patterns in the clouds, the lines of the tree branches reaching upward, and the swirling waters of the ocean, streams, and rivers. These speak life into each piece of artwork I create.
Each painting Is an impressionistic portrait of a moment in nature, crafted with love and care.

Education & Experience
1994-1998
Took several college courses in pottery, watercolor, oil painting, pastels, photography, and graphic design. Jennifer also took on the job of being an in-house illustrator for a children's magazine at Hartland College.
1998-2015
During this time Jennifer continued to do some freelance illustrating with the same magazine, completed art commissions, and did art projects with children. She was able to teach art at a multi-grade private school in Durham, NC. Meanwhile, she continued to educate herself in painting and drawing by reading all the books and websites on technique and practicing what she learned.
2015-2025
Opened her own art business and recently enrolled in and completed several art courses through Acrylic University.
2025-2026
Joined Studio To Gallery Art Mentoring Group by Sonia BB London. Will be teaching Art Fundamentals for WildLight Academy for the 2026 school year.
