My Story
Jennifer Niemiroski
Art is the expression of my soul and experience. Ever since early childhood, I have lived and breathed art and loved the outdoors. I love to explore the world around me and to share what I see and feel and hear.
Nature has always been an inspiration for what I create. Looking up at the patterns in the clouds, in the lines of the tree branches reaching upward, and in the swirling waters of the ocean, streams, and rivers, I have sought to share the joy and soul of Creation.

Education & Experience
1994-1998
Took several college courses in pottery, watercolor, oil painting, pastels, photography, and graphic design. Jennifer also took on the job of being an in-house illustrator for a children's magazine at the college she attended.
1998-2015
During this time Jennifer continued to do some freelance illustrating with the same magazine, completed art commissions, and did art projects with children. She was able to teach art at a multi-grade private school in Durham, NC. Meanwhile, she continued to educate herself in painting and drawing by reading all the books and websites on technique and practicing what she learned.
2015-to present
Opened her own art business and recently enrolled in and completed several art courses through Acrylic University. She continues to read educational art books, take fun classes, take on a limited number of art commissions each year, create more art and enter art competitions and events as she has time in her schedule.

Participated in this amazing Inaugural event in Cary, NC. Plein Air Artists from the area got to paint the scenic places in Cary, participate in an Exhibition, and a Wet Paint Sale.
WSNC Central Region Exhibition in Rocky Mount - Aug. through Dec. 31, 2025
This exhibition is at The Imperial Centre for the Arts & Sciences in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Many local artists, including myself, have various pieces of art on display and for sale during this time.
